Candle Care
To enjoy a clean, even burn and get the most out of your candle, follow these simple tips:
- First Burn: Allow your new candle to burn for at least two hours on its first use. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even melt pool.
- Edge-to-Edge Melt: Let the wax melt all the way to the glass edge each time you burn your candle to liquefy the surface fully.
- Wick Maintenance: Trim your candle’s wick to ¼" before each burn to keep the wax clean and encourage a steady flame.
- Burn Time Limit: Avoid burning for more than four hours at a stretch.
- Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable.
- Stop & Discard: Discontinue use once the wax level reaches 5mm from the bottom of the container.
- Natural Imperfections: Because we use vegetable wax, minor surface variations such as frosting or air bubbles may appear. These natural imperfections won’t affect the quality or performance of your candle.
Enjoy the warm ambiance of your candle, and rest assured that these care tips will help extend its life and maintain its beautiful glow.
